To the selected packages, the optional trophy from the price list below must be added.

The price includes

Accommodation, food, transport, and guide
Hunting permit with paid fees
A professional hunter with accompanying trackers
Initial trophy preparation and measurement
Transport of trophies to Bangweulu Taxidermy, Lusaka
Transportation in the hunting area
Transport from the airport to the farm and back – 200 €
Permit for a temporary import of weapons

Not included in the price:

International and charter flights
CITES permits for CITES-eligible animals
Captured trophies or any injured and lost animals
Processing of trophies and transport to a taxidermist
Predator/leopard feeding and preparation
Boat rental, if necessary
Accommodation and overnight stay before and after the safari
Government fee – 50 € / per day when hunting leopard, elephant, lion
Special license for hunting with dogs
Entry visa upon arrival
Gratuities/gifts for the staff
15% VAT on the daily expenses of the package

Trophy prices Zimbabwe

Warning

A shot that is not carried out will not be charged in the package (according to the above prices).
Any injured but not found animal(s) are paid at full price.
A deposit of 50% of the daily cost plus a 2% ZTA Government Fee is required to complete your booking. The remainder is due 30 days before the safari date.

All National Parks regulations apply – Prices are in € (EUR) and are subject to change at any time without notice. A safari booked during the previous year retains the same prices for daily expenses.

Cancellation policy

The safari deposit will not be refunded if the hunt is canceled within 6 months of the safari start date.
In the event of a hunt cancellation more than 6 months from the start date, every effort will be made to provide a full refund and find another client. If necessary, the safari will be offered to other customers with a reduced deposit.
In the event that the hunt is canceled by the Safari Operator, due to closure of the hunting grounds or travel restrictions prior to the start of the safari, then a full refund of the deposit is in order.
There will be no refunds if the customer chooses to cancel before the end of the safari.
